|Recommended: YesLove living in Elm Lofts — We love living in Elm Lofts We love the urban community It’s a vibrant community and love the fact that we don’t need to drive our car very often. Parks, restaurants, Centennial Trail, and shops are close by. Love the Wednesday market Everyone that we have come in contact with are so friendly The office staff and maintenance are very responsive and quickly respond to our needs and questions.
The ONLY thing that bothers us is that we can hear our neighbors living on the floor above us walk around. They are pretty “heavy footed.” Wish the building had better floor sound barrier. But we love it here and look forward to living here for many years.

Bonnie - Thank you for the wonderful review of Elm Lofts and the team that oversees this community.
|Recommended: YesLocation, and good service — This is an excellent rental apartment, with excellent location.
|Recommended: YesToo Much Dog Smell in the Hallways — The apartments are nice and roomy, pretty quiet and plenty of parking. However, the animal odors in the hallways and elevator need to be addressed.
|Recommended: YesTrash Concern Note to Management — Hi there- This weekend 9 03 18 we noticed that someone has thrown a flat screen TV into the trash bin It's our understanding that this type of trash' is actually hazardous waste, and needs to be taken to the appropriate waste disposal...Any chance you could identify who did this and make them resolve this issue Or maybe a reminder out to everyone re appropriate waste disposal.
In our last building, cameras were installed in the trash area. People were fined 100 for not breaking down boxes, inappropriate waste disposal such as this TV, leaving trash out of the bins, etc. Not sure that could be instituted here A pain to enforce, but it actually worked- and reduced rodent activity, ants, etc.
Thank you for listening. Although I had to authorize Elm Lofts to post this review, this message is intended for Elm Loft Management only and not for public comment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment - Fantastic Location — The apartment are great and mostly quiet. You can only hear your neighbors if they are in the hallway. The air conditioning system is a little challenging but you get used to it. The only frustrating issue is that the accounting department is not in sync with the online system. They send you a bill with a 30 day due date and then then immediately it shows past due online. Overall a great location.
|Recommended: YesGreat staff and timely maintenance. Quiet, scenic and very livable community. Great building and security. — Great neighbors that respect each other and a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGood secure accommodations in a good area — The apartments are new and well designed though there are some details that were not looked into. The HVAC systems for one does not work properly and the house always feels cold. The water pressure in the showers is very low. The apartments are pricey but are secure and good. That is a plus. The staff are amazing and makes up for a lot of the negatives. Maintenance is amazing and they act immediately. The office personnel are very attentive, polite and helpful. The community grounds have a lot of dog poo which residents don't pick up and in the dark you invariably stamp on some. The gym though free has very little equipment and some are already out of order. When busy you have to wait or just give up not exercising. Though costly and utilities very expensive for Spokane, being new to the city it is very central and secure. I would still recommend it to people who want to be central and need security and some upgraded facilities.
|Recommended: YesWe love the area, the floor plan and quietness of our apartment — Being a new building there are some issues which have been promptly addressed. It is not the best heating system but that is being addressed. We have set the thermostats as directed but still wear heavier clothes or wrap up in a blanket much of the time. The appliances are very cheap. It would have been very easy to put in higher quality washer, stove and dishwasher. For the amount paid in rent I would think that 2 and 3 bedroom apartments should include 2 parking places. It would also be nice to have a storage cage area maybe 3' x 8' in each parking stall. That would still leave room for a vehicle. The apartment is very quiet although we do live on the top floor which is inherently quieter. The promptness and attitude of the maintenance crew is top notch. The same for the property management team. They are very responsive and go out of their way to help tenants. The community, albeit more expensive then most other locations in Spokane, is exactly what we were looking for and hope to make KY our permanent home.
